LITKOVSKA presents in Paris “(DIS)CONNECTED”, a collection that explores the fragile tension between belonging and detachment, vulnerability and strength, voice and silence. Part of the Paris Fashion Week calendar, the Spring-Summer 2026 collection offers a visual reflection on authenticity and the courage to be different in a reality marked by the rigidity of everyday life.
Inspired by the philosophy of Art Brut, the collection is based on the idea that works born outside dominant culture, far from the “mainstream”, can convey raw sincerity and a deeper truth than what is celebrated on a large scale. This duality – connected and disconnected – takes shape in a fashion discourse built on contrasts: between heavy materials and fragile textures, between functionality and poetry.
At the center of the Paris presentation was a powerful installation: a camouflage net, usually used to protect Ukrainian soldiers, reinterpreted in pink. From an object meant to conceal, it transformed into a symbol of visibility and resistance, becoming a manifesto of feminine strength, collective courage, and an unbroken spirit.
The SS26 collection translates all these ideas into a constantly evolving wardrobe: deconstructed and modular blazers, dresses folding into multiple shapes, exposed seams, unfinished edges. Lilia Litkovska remains true to the brand’s codes but opens them to a new, freer, and more personal visual language.
The presentation was accompanied by an artistic moment led by two key figures of Ukrainian culture: musician and composer Yuri Khustochka, together with writer, singer, and cultural ambassador Irena Karpa. Together, they built a sonic story about resilience, identity, and humanity, amplifying the emotion of the collection.
Andrei Grigorie, Executive Director of GRÉGOIRE, spoke with Lilia Litkovska about the concept behind the collection and what it means to create and remain authentic in such a difficult context for Ukraine.
EN: “Honestly, it’s a big story, with many combined messages. I dedicate this collection to all defenders, because today is Ukraine Defender Day, and I used pink camouflage mesh as a symbol. These nets are actually created in real military production, and I wanted to show that our soldiers, our defenders, will remain visible. It’s difficult, but I have an amazing team, and when we were developing the collection, we thought about love and about creating something that could inspire others to keep creating.” - Lilia Litkovska
» - Lilia Litkovska
