Can I cancel my enrollment after payment?
All purchases for online courses are final. Once payment has been made and course materials have been accessed, cancellation and refunds are not possible, in accordance with Article 16, letter m of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights. If you are unable to attend the session you registered for, you may request a rescheduling, provided that you notify us at least 5 business days before the course begins.
